NBAA2014 is a three-day business event for the aviation industry.
Registration for NBAA2014 provides access to indoor exhibits at the Orange County Convention Center, the Static Display of Aircraft at Orlando Executive Airport and education sessions for all three days of the show.

    Florida residents and employees of Florida-based companies are eligible for free registration for NBAA2014's Florida Aviation Day on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014. Register now.

Cancellation Policy: Please email your cancellation or substitution request to [email protected] or send via fax to (202) 478-0036. A $30 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations to paid convention registrations. A 10% processing fee will be charged for cancellations for all PDP Courses; the Tax, Regulatory & Risk Management Conference; and the Single Pilot Safety Standdown. Cancellations must be received in writing on or prior to Oct. 17, 2014. There will be no refunds after Oct. 17, 2014.

There will be a $10.00 re-print fee for all lost or misplaced badges.

Bronze Table
$3,500 – Table is set for eight.
Silver Table
$5,000 – This table level includes a prime location with two bottles of white wine and two bottles of red wine. Table is set for eight.
Gold Table
$10,000 –This table level includes a prime location with a dedicated table concierge and open bar. Table is set for ten.
Platinum Table
$20,000 – This table level includes exclusive champagne table service with open bar. In addition, guests at this table may attend a private VIP reception after the concert for photo opportunities with the entertainment. Only two tables are available at this level. Table is set for ten.
Entertainment Only
$150 – This ticket is advance payment for the 9:00 p.m. Three Dog Night concert only.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
