Exhibitor Profile – Reliable Jet Maintenance (RJM)
To Promote Its Brand on a National Stage, Repair Station Comes to NBAA2013
October 24, 2013
“We’re a full-service shop,” said Mark Lasak, director of sales for Reliable Jet Maintenance (RJM), a Part 145 repair station based at Florida’s Boca Raton Airport (BCT), with a satellite station on Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL).
Founded in 2005 and now with 50 employees, RJM performs full scheduled maintenance and inspections on airframes, avionics installations and engine removal for overhaul. They support nearly every type of business aircraft, from pistons to long-range jets. “We’re adding the G550 to our op sepcs very soon and we just added the Citation X,” said Lasak.
Additionally, RJM has an aircraft-on-ground (AOG) service. Within the region surrounding Florida, RJM can have mobile technicians on the ground in less than four hours. They also perform AOG service internationally.
Due to its South Florida location, more than half of RJM’s customers are based in Central and South America. This is the company’s third time exhibiting at NBAA’s Convention and “last year, it was in Orlando, which was great; it was right at the heart of our service area,” said aircraft maintenance technician Marco Colmenares.
This year, RJM is hoping to raise their national profile, meet customers from the West Coast and “basically get the brand name out in a broader spectrum,” said Lasak.
