An International Show, NBAA Convention Draws Exhibitors, Attendees From Around the World
October 11, 2013
The 2013 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA2013), coming to Las Vegas, NV later this month, will once again serve as a premier international event for the business aviation community.
The show will feature 134 exhibiting companies from outside the U.S., representing 23 different countries, and more than 2,100 people from outside the U.S. have already made their reservations to attend the event.
Another hallmark of NBAA events is an extensive array of education sessions and other informative opportunities that provide valuable information for those using business aviation who are located not only in the U.S., but in other parts of the world. Some of the industry's most highly regarded experts in their fields will present sessions on subjects of importance to international operators, including the latest developments in navigation technology requirements under Europe's Single European Sky ATM Research program, and upcoming future air navigation system equipment mandates across Europe and the North Atlantic.
Additionally, NBAA sessions on various topics – including fatigue management, taxation and regulatory requirements, as well as development of safety management systems – will appeal to operators regardless of their origin. International attendees also will benefit from a wide range of maintenance and operations sessions, which provide information about the industry's latest service guidelines and repair procedures and are conducted by manufacturers in one convenient location.
NBAA2013 will take place Oct. 22 to 24 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with an extensive outdoor static display of aircraft at nearby Henderson Executive Airport. More information is available at www.nbaa.org/bace.
