At NBAA2013, M&O Sessions Offer Opportunity to Address Service Concerns Directly With Manufacturers

August 21, 2013

NBAA’s annual Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA2013) offers an unparalleled opportunity for aircraft operators, maintainers and support personnel to learn about the industry's latest service guidelines and repair procedures, and obtain valuable technical information firsthand from OEMs in one convenient location.

Attendees at NBAA2013 in Las Vegas, NV will benefit from an extensive list of maintenance and operations (M&O) sessions throughout the three-day event.

“These sessions stem from the manufacturers’ experiences in the field, as well as the findings of the NBAA Technical Subcommittees and operator advisory boards throughout the year," said NBAA Technical Director Eli Cotti.

“Although manufacturers typically resolve these issues through service bulletins, the M&O sessions at NBAA2013 provide the chance to communicate directly with users about the latest reliability improvements and product enhancements,” he added.

Manufacturer representatives expertly qualified to address operational concerns about an extensive range of avionics, aircraft and support systems present M&O sessions. Presentations scheduled during NBAA2013 will address a variety of popular business aircraft and equipment types, including:

  • Beechcraft Hawker 125 Series, 400XP and King Air
  • Bombardier Challenger, Global Express and Learjet (All models)
  • Daher-Socata TBM 700 & 850
  • Dassault Falcon Jet (All models)
  • Gulfstream (All models)
  • Honeywell Avionics & Engines
  • Pilatus PC-12
  • Pratt & Whitney Canada PT-6
  • Rockwell Collins Avionics

"All of these manufacturers look to the NBAA Convention as a prime venue to discuss operational needs and repair guidelines to a large, centralized audience," Cotti noted. "These sessions compliment other M&O events held by OEMs throughout the United States and around the world."

NBAA's annual Convention serves as the bellwether event for anyone whose passion or profession involves business aviation, offering a powerful venue that brings together business leaders, government officials, manufacturers, aviation department personnel and others involved in nearly all aspects of general aviation and business aviation.

NBAA2013 will take place from Oct. 22 to 24 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV, with an extensive outdoor static display of aircraft located nearby at Henderson Executive Airport (HND).
