Static Display Aircraft Arrivals/FBOs
To manage the large number of aircraft arrivals, NBAA will use a zone system for assigning arrival windows for all aircraft. The parking position of the aircraft within the Static Display will determine which arrival window each aircraft must meet. Aircraft failing to arrive during the assigned window may be denied placement in the Static Display.
The arrival times for each zone will be determined by mid-September 2013. All aircraft arrivals will occur on Sunday, October 20, 2013. To further assist NBAA in planning, Exhibitors must complete and return the Aircraft Arrival Information Form to NBAA no later than Friday, September 27, 2013. While some information, such as specific tail numbers or type of aircraft, may not be known by September 27, it is important that NBAA knows the scope of your display. If the specifics are not known, kindly indicate general type of aircraft: light, mid, large jet, turboprop, etc.
Henderson Executive Airport does not have Customs and Immigration services. All international arrivals must go through Customs at McCarren International Airport or another international airport en route to Las Vegas.
Demonstration and Presentation Flights
Aircraft displayed on the Static Display are prohibited from conducting demonstration or presentation flights.
The Clark County Aviation Authority provides all FBO services at Henderson Executive Airport.

Aircraft departing from the Static Display must remain in place until 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 24, 2013. Beginning at 3:30 p.m., aircraft will be moved into position to depart. Due to the high volume of traffic departing the Henderson area on October 24, FAA ATC delays should be expected. To expedite the teardown, aircraft departing on Thursday should be fueled prior to being placed on the Static Display. Aircraft still requiring fuel on October 24 may experience substantial departure delays.
