October 30, 2012

NBAA2012 kicked off with expressions of concern about the impact of Hurricane Sandy and the outcome of the hotly contested Presidential election a week away. Representative John Mica (R-7-FL), Senator Jerry Moran (R-KS) and Forbes magazine’s Rich Karlgaard outlined the value of business aviation and the challenges faced by the industry with the economy’s anemic recovery. NBAA also honored the FedEx Corporation and its founder and chairman Frederick W.
