No Plane, No Gain Message Carried By National News Outlets

When President Obama attempted to vilify business aviation in press conference held on June 29, 2011, the industry was quick to respond with the core messages from the No Plane, No Gain advocacy campaign. Representatives from NBAA and the General Aviation Manufacturers Association spoke with a host of major news outlets including CNBC and CNN. The associations also mobilized people in the industry for the response. This compilation provides a sampling of the coverage that carried the No Plane, No Gain message, challenging the president's mischaracterization of business aviation with facts about its importance to citizens, companies and communities.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
