For the first time ever at an NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention, aircraft can be displayed right outside the convention center, directly adjacent to indoor Exhibits.
This Outdoor Static Display Area is in addition to the full Static Display of Aircraft at Henderson Executive Airport.
The Outdoor Static Display Area will provide unprecedented access for NBAA2011 Attendees to aircraft near the indoor Exhibits and Education Sessions at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC).
The cost for space in the Outdoor Static Display Area at the Las Vegas Convention Center is $180 per 10 ft by 10 ft space – $1.80 per square foot – the same price paid for Ramp Space for Aircraft at the NBAA2011 Static Display at Henderson Executive Airport.
The Outdoor Static Display Area at the Las Vegas Convention Center is reserved for real aircraft only. No mockups, tents, chalets or other Exhibit elements are permitted at the Outdoor Static Display, and signage will be limited. Additional fees may apply to any aircraft that must be towed to the Convention Center from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS).
Aircraft on display at the LVCC may need to be moved in on Monday, October 3, 2011, one week prior to the Show's start.
For more information on the Outdoor Static Display Area at the Las Vegas Convention Center, please contact NBAA's Linda Peters at lpeters@nbaa.org.
