NBAA2011 - 64th Annual Meeting & Convention

The Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) will be the aviation marketplace October 10-12, 2011, as over 1,000 Exhibiting Companies from around the world showcase their products and services in more than one million square feet of Exhibit Space.

NEW FOR 2011:

  • Outdoor Static Display Area at the LVCC – a dedicated outdoor area at the LVCC for real aircraft only. Learn More.
  • Aircraft Manufacturers wishing to display real aircraft and/or mock-ups in their indoor Exhibit Space will receive 500 sq ft of complimentary Exhibit Space.
  • Aircraft Manufacturers who occupy a minimum of 1,500 square feet of chalet/tent/structure Space at the NBAA2011 Static Display MUST ALSO reserve at least 2,500 square feet of Indoor Exhibit Space at the LVCC.

Steps to Reserve Your NBAA2011 Las Vegas Convention Center Exhibit Space

1 Review the NBAA2011 Las Vegas Convention Center Floor Plan and select up to six possible booth locations.
 
2 Review the Las Vegas Convention Center Exhibit Booth Configurations & Drawing Approvals, Las Vegas Convention Center Exhibitors Contract Terms, Conditions, Rules & Regulations and the Las Vegas Convention Center Exhibit Pricing, Payments & Cancellations.
 
3 Review the Las Vegas Convention Center Exhibit Space Assignment and Priority Lottery Procedures.
 
4 Complete the Online Exhibitor Application/Contract.

After you submit your Application/Contract for Exhibit Space, please be sure to review the Las Vegas Convention Center Exhibit Booth Configurations & Drawing Approvals information to ensure that your Exhibit designs are approved by NBAA and the Las Vegas Convention Center, if required.

 

 

 

 

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
