The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) invites middle school, high school and college students interested in exploring careers in aviation to attend its Careers in Business Aviation Day at no charge on Thursday, October 21. Attending NBAA2010 will provide students with the single best introduction available to the world of business aviation.

Students age 12 or older and with a passion for aviation are encouraged to attend. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with hundreds of aviation professionals and university representatives, and will learn how to turn a passion for aviation into a rewarding education and a fulfilling career.

Guidelines

  • Students ages 12-17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or teacher at all times.
  • NBAA2010 is a business event and all attendees, including students, must be dressed appropriately – business or business-casual attire.
  • Lunch is not included in this event. Students may wish to bring money to purchase lunch and/or snacks at the Georgia World Congress Center.
  • School groups are welcome. Kindly keep to a ratio of 10 students to one teacher.
  • Careers in Business Aviation Day is only for Thursday, October 21. For students aged 18 or older who would like to attend NBAA2010 on multiple days, a discounted student registration option is available. In additional, complimentary registration is available for students attending University Aviation Association (UAA) colleges and universities.

NOTE: Children under the age of 12 are not permitted into the Exhibit halls, education sessions or Static Display of Aircraft.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
