Three-Year Contract Exhibit Price
Exhibiting Companies that submit Applications and payments in full for NBAA2010 on or before February 26, 2010, and commit to Exhibiting at NBAA's Annual Meeting & Convention in an Exhibit Space of the same or larger size for three years (2010, 2011 and 2010) will pay the 2009 rate for Exhibit Space during each of the three years of their commitment. The 2009 price is $2,345 per 10 ft by 10 ft (100 sq ft) Exhibit Space reserved per year. Exhibitors must commit to an Exhibit Space of the same size or larger for each consecutive year to qualify for the 2009 rate for all three years. Reductions in Exhibit Space will negate the three-year pricing offer, and will result in the Exhibiting Company being obligated to pay the adjusted, higher Exhibit Space rate for each year, as specified on future Exhibit Applications/Contracts.
In addition, Exhibiting Companies not signing on for the three-year package should expect that indoor Exhibit Space rates will increase at least three percent (3%) for each of the three years. Please be advised that this three-year pricing package does not apply to Exhibit Space at the Static Display of Aircraft.
Single-Year Contract Exhibit Price
The price for each 10 ft by 10 ft Exhibit Space is $2,445, provided application and payment in full are received by February 26, 2010. Exhibitors must submit payments in full with completed Exhibit Application/Contract by February 26, 2010. If payment in full is not received with the Exhibit Application/Contract by the February 26, 2010, deadline, Exhibitor will not be assigned Exhibit Space.
For Exhibit applications/contracts received after the February 26 deadline date, the Exhibit price for each 10 ft by 10 ft Exhibit Space is $2,495.

Withdrawal, Cancellation & Exhibit Space Reductions
There are no refunds or transfers of payments for cancellations and/or reductions in Exhibit Space at any time. Exhibitors must submit payments in full by February 26, 2010, on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis to retain Exhibit Space.
Payment for Exhibit Space
Exhibitors must submit payment in full with their Exhibit Application/Contract to secure Exhibit Space. If NBAA does not receive payment in full with the Exhibit Application/Contract, Exhibit Space will not be assigned.
Forms of Payment
All payments for NBAA2010 should be made in U.S. dollars. Company checks and bank wire transfers are the preferred methods of payment for NBAA2010. Credit card payments are an accepted form of payment. Credit card payments received in excess of $20,000, however, will be subject to a 3% processing fee. When payments are made by wire transfer, please include a $30 wire processing fee. Please be aware that due to banking delays wires may take seven to ten days to be received by NBAA. All Exhibitors and Co-Exhibitors must be current on all accounts with NBAA and paid in full for their Exhibit Space in order for space to be assigned.

Also, please indicate on the wire transfer the company name, invoice number and reference for payment (i.e., Exhibit Space, Static Display Space, Sponsorship, Show Guide Advertising, Registration, etc.).
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
