Shuttle Bus Schedules

Shuttle Bus service to the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) will be provided from many NBAA2010 hotels. Shuttle Buses will start one and a half hours prior to the Show opening and continue until one hour after Show closing, except for Tuesday when the Shuttle Buses will start at 6:30 am. Parking at the Georgia World Congress Center

All parking at the Georgia World Congress Center, including handicap-accessible parking, is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee for parking at the Georgia World Congress Center, is $10.00 per car per entry and $15.00 for oversized vehicles (i.e., buses), per entry. Exhibitors and Attendees may make parking purchases for the Georgia World Congress Center online.

Special Air Traffic Procedures in Effect During NBAA Convention

In anticipation of a large number of aircraft operating to and from NBAA2010, the FAA has issued special procedures that will be used to enhance safety and minimize air traffic delays. The special air traffic procedures will be in effect from October 17 through October 22, 2010 at Dekalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK), Fulton County Airport - Brown Field (FTY), Gwinnett County Airport, Briscoe Field (LZU) and Cobb County Airport, McCollum Field (RYY).

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
