As an Exhibitor at NBAA2009, you must agree to all terms and conditions as stated within these Exhibitor Rules & Regulations, on the Exhibit Space Application or in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
All Exhibitors and Co-Exhibitors at NBAA2009 must be Members of NBAA. Non-Member Companies wishing to Exhibit or wishing to participate as Co-Exhibitors must join NBAA before Exhibit Space can be assigned. Companies can join online at www.nbaa.org/join/exhibit or by contacting NBAA’s Membership Division at membership@nbaa.org.
All Exhibitors and Co-Exhibitors must be current on all accounts with NBAA and paid in full for their Exhibit Space in order to occupy space at both the Orange County Convention Center and the Static Display of Aircraft on Orlando Executive Airport. Exhibitors not paid in full will be denied access to their Exhibit Space.
Static Display Space will be sold in two formats:
- Ramp Space for Aircraft: $170 per 10 ft by 10 ft (100 sq ft) block of Ramp Space for aircraft
- Tent/Chalet Space: $500* per 10 ft by 10 ft (100 sq ft) block for hospitality structures. (*Price is for space only and does not include cost of hospitality structure.)
Priority is given to Static Display Exhibitors who also purchase Exhibit Space in the Orange County Convention Center.
Aircraft Movement Fees
Lektro, Inc. has been designated the official Aircraft towing company for the NBAA2009 Static Display of Aircraft. Towing fees are based on the size of the Aircraft. Exhibitors will be assessed Aircraft Movement fees based on the following schedule.
Aircraft Maximum Take-off Weight Towing Fee per Aircraft
- Less than 6,000 lbs
- $300
- 6,000 lbs - 14,999 lbs
- $400
- 15,000 lbs - 34,999 lbs
- $500
- 35,000 lbs - 100,000 lbs
- $600
- Over 100,000
- 1,500
New for 2009
Aircraft requiring additional movements beyond the initial positioning or for any after-hours towing will be charged one and a half times the one-way towing rate by Lektro.
NBAA will collect these fees as a courtesy to Exhibitors and will remit payments directly to Lektro, Inc. If you have any questions on the Aircraft Movement Fees, contact Joe Hart at NBAA at jhart@nbaa.org.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
