Event Parking
Tuesday June 21, 2022
During the exhibitor setup period from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., a limited number of parking spaces will be available for short term parking, exhibit drop-off and setup. The short-term parking area is located on Tower Road, West Harrison, NY 10604. Once on Tower Road, follow the NBAA signs to short-term parking.

Complimentary valet parking and shuttle buses will be provided to all exhibitors and staff. Buses will operate every few minutes from 7:30 a.m. to 5 pm on Wednesday, June 22. There will be no parking available near the venue on Tower Road.
Shipping
Exhibitors may not ship materials to the show site. Direct shipments to the White Plains Regional Forum location will not be accepted.
Exhibitors must ship their exhibit materials to the Freeman Advance Warehouse. Alternatives to the Freeman Advance Warehouse are to either hand carry your exhibit or ship to your local hotel. Exhibitors not using the Freeman Advance Warehouse are fully responsible for their exhibits and transportation to the event venue.
Freeman will accept shipments from Monday, May 23 through Monday, June 20. Shipments arriving to the warehouse after June 13 will incur an additional after-deadline material handling charge.
