Important Information
Badges:
Badges will be mailed to all Registered Attendees in North America and European countries on August 15, and September 12, 2008. All Attendees outside of this area can pick up their badges at the NBAA2008 Registration area located in the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando or at Orlando Executive Airport during official Registration hours.
Substitution/Cancellation Policy:
NBAA understands the last minute nature of corporate aviation and has allowed as much flexibility as possible. Please e-mail your cancellation and/or substitution request to registrations@nbaa.org or send via fax to (202) 478-0036. Registration cancellations for NBAA2008 must be received no later than September 26, 2008. Prior to September 26, a refund will be granted minus a $25 processing fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER SEPTEMBER 26, 2008. For the pre- and post-Convention Seminars at NBAA2008, a full refund minus a 10% processing fee will be made for cancellations received in writing prior to September 26, 2008.
NBAA Charities Gala Tickets:
The NBAA Charities Gala and Live and Silent Auctions will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 6:00pm – 11:00pm. Tickets for the Gala can be picked up on site at the Benefit Gala Ticket Counter located in the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center. Tickets for the NBAA Charities Gala will not be mailed and are not refundable.
