Exhibitors at 2025 NBAA-BACE have the exclusive opportunity to reserve time slots for dedicated press conference rooms on Monday, Oct. 13 and Tuesday, Oct. 14. There are a limited number of press conference time slots, which are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Standard Press Conference $3,250
The standard press conference room setup includes the following:

- One presentation laptop
- One presenter remote
- Audio system with a 16-channel digital mixer and direct audio input

- One confidence monitor/downstage monitor (DSM)
All exhibitors requesting press conference rooms must be current on all accounts with NBAA and paid in full for their exhibit space in order for their press conference to be reserved.
Press conferences are scheduled in 45-minute time slots and each exhibitor is provided 30 minutes prior to set up and 15 minutes after to tear down. Exhibitors must leave rooms clean and in good condition with all trash and marketing materials removed after their press conference concludes.
Due to the short time between press conferences, catering is not permitted during press conferences.
Exhibitors will receive a detailed confirmation once their press conference has been confirmed.
A schedule of press conferences will be posted on the 2025 NBAA-BACE website and a final schedule will be posted in the NBAA-BACE Press Headquarters on-site.
Exhibitors may also schedule invitation-only press events at their booth or the NBAA Aircraft Connection at Henderson Executive Airport, although we encourage use of official NBAA-BACE press conference facilities whenever possible to avoid conflicting events. Exhibitors may not host press conferences during official NBAA-BACE events, such as the opening keynote. Please provide NBAA-BACE Show Management with the time and location of your press conferences, so this can be shared with members of the media.
