The Flight Attendants Committee represents the interests of business aviation flight attendants in their roles as crewmembers aboard business aircraft. In assisting Member Company flight attendants, the group seeks to improve the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of business aircraft. This group coordinates an annual Conference for flight attendants and flight technicians, and provides feedback to NBAA on issues relating to this position.

NBAA Flight Attendants Conference – The Flight Attendants Committee organizes the Association's annual Flight Attendants Conference each June. This event helps flight attendants keep abreast of current trends and best practices in business aviation. Topics covered range from catering and flight safety, to human factors and professional development.
Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Scholarship – The NBAA Flight Attendants Committee offers a wide range of training awards to help business aviation flight attendants and flight technicians increase the professionalism of their positions.
Summary of Recent Action
- The NBAA 14th Annual Flight Attendants Conference (FAC), held June 25 to 27, 2009, in New Orleans, LA, was deemed a great success despite the challenging economic environment, with approximately 115 people in attendance. The FAC focused on "Continuous Improvement of Business Aviation Safety" by addressing aviation and worldwide scenarios from the past and educating on how safety may be improved in the future.
- Worked with various caterers through the Catering Working Group to develop food safety and security guidelines for business aviation
