Charles Reagan
Senior Advisor to the President, Professor of Philosophy, Professor of Aviation, Kansas State University
Dr. Charles Reagan has over 40 years experience in both aviation and education. He is senior advisor to the president and holds professorships in both aviation and philosophy. He is ATP rated, and jet rated in the CitationJet. He holds a commercial license with multi-engine and instrument ratings. He also is a CFI in multi-engine airplanes and instruments. He has been a commuter airline pilot, charter pilot and flight instructor. He received the Kansas Governor's Aviation Award in 2007 in recognition of his work to build the fleet of the University's aviation program. As a philosophy professor, he has published seven books.
