Bonnie C. Hathcock
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Humana Inc.
Working to create a unique and differentiated culture of engagement, Bonnie Hathcock leads Humana in transforming human capital into a winning competitive advantage. She leads all aspects of human resources for the company and is responsible for corporate business services including Humana’s real estate portfolio and the aviation group.
Prior to joining Humana in 1999, Bonnie served in leadership roles at US Airways, Siemens-Rolm and Xerox Corporation. Bonnie was named HR Executive magazine’s 2007 HR Executive of the Year and was recently inducted into the National Academy of Human Resources class of 2010 fellows.
Bonnie holds a master’s in business administration and is a graduate of the Executive Human Resources program at Stanford University’s School of Business.
